Thursday (11/1): Stir Fry Beef and Asparagus (use your favorite vegetables in place of asparagus)
Friday (11/2): Slow Cooker Chicken Chili Tortilla Soup (use your favorite chili seasoning)
Saturday 11/3): Cajun Chicken Sausage Gumbo Stew (serve with steamed brown rice and green salad)
Sunday (11/4): Slow Cooker Red Wine Short Ribs (serve with cauliflower mashed potatoes)
