BREAKFAST IDEAS:
Smashed Avocado Kale Toast with Poached Egg
Low-fat yogurt with honey, bananas, and toasted hazelnuts
Quinoa Banana Chocolate Chip Breakfast Bake
Soft boiled eggs with splash of fish sauce, fresh fruit
Maca Green Smoothie (use frozen fruit if fresh is not available, and any brand of maca)

Saturday 11/3): Cajun Chicken Sausage Gumbo Stew (serve with steamed brown rice and green salad)
