So many of us are trying to get back on track to a healthier diet this time of year, and I can’t think of a better way than to jumpstart the day with a healthy smoothie. Smoothies are a great way to get a few servings of fruits and vegetables in early in the day, in addition to protein and fiber. All you need are the right ingredients. I’ve put together a roundup of 10 Healthy Smoothies for Parade Magazine’s food site. There’s something for everyone in this roundup, from a beginner fruit smoothie to smoothies with extra protein to green smoothies and a fun smoothie bowl.
