I don’t know how Memorial Day weekend snuck up on me, but it did. Honestly, the past month has been crazy since we were living in a hotel for nearly three weeks before being thrown in the a whirlwind of activities, including BlogHer Food in Miami, three high school senior proms and a graduation.
So, I’ve just started thinking about what we’re going to make this coming weekend as we celebrate the beginning of summer vacation for two of my boys. With all four of my boys home, it’s a treat so I know I’ll be busy in the kitchen and hopefully grilling too if the weather’s nice.
