Tuesday: Braised Chicken with Fig Balsamic Vinegar Glaze (serve with sauteed kale)
Wednesday:Â Chana Masala (serve with brown rice and steamed broccoli)
Thursday: Thai Turkey Larb Lettuce Wraps
Friday: Tiki Masala Meatballs (serve with quinoa and sauteed Swiss chard)
Saturday: Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup
