This week’s meal plan focuses on soups and salads, following all the feasting on Thanksgiving.

I’ve put together a weekly meal plan to help you get healthy and delicious meals on the table for you and your family. This is a flexible healthy meal plan so feel free to swap in your favorite healthy recipes. You can also search for more breakfast recipes, dinner recipes and more in my recipe index.

BREAKFAST IDEAS:
Oatmeal with Bananas and Walnuts
Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, granola
Soft boiled eggs, fresh berries

LUNCH IDEAS:

Leftover French Lentil Brown Rice Soup
Leftover Chana Masala

DINNER IDEAS:
Monday: French Lentil Brown Rice Soup (serve with green salad)
Tuesday: Braised Chicken with Fig Balsamic Vinegar Glaze (serve with sauteed kale)
Wednesday: Chana Masala (serve with brown rice and steamed broccoli)
Thursday: Thai Turkey Larb Lettuce Wraps
Friday: Tiki Masala Meatballs (serve with quinoa and sauteed Swiss chard)
Saturday: Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup
Sunday: Brunswick Chicken Stew (serve with Quinoa Pilaf)

    I have been to Vietnam before, today I found Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup on your blog post, it seems that the taste is a little different, but it’s okay, this dish reminds me of my travels.
