Monday: Wild Mushroom Bolognese Polenta Gratin (serve with green salad)
Tuesday: Quick Coq Au Vin (serve with stir-fry broccoli and red bell pepper)
Wednesday: Steamed Chinese Fish (serve with steamed rice and stir-fry bok choy)
Thursday: Penne All’Arrabbiata (use whole grain pasta or zucchini noodles; serve with green salad)
Friday: Thai Coconut Curry Fish (use foil or parchment paper instead of banana leaves if you don’t have any; serve with steamed rice and bean sprout salad)
Saturday: Korean Lettuce Wraps
Sunday: Bombay Chile and Cilantro Chicken (serve with brown rice and steamed broccoli)
