Cool down with this Healthy Frozen Fruit Punch Mocktail – it’s the perfect summertime treat!
Summertime is the perfect time to keep your family hydrated and nourished with fresh fruits in season. I find making frozen drinks or popsicles using fresh fruit is an easy way to get my kids to eat fruit during the summer, so in the afternoons, I often blend up a frozen drink of some sort.
This Healthy Frozen Fruit Punch Mocktail is packed with all sorts of fruits, including strawberries, raspberries, cherries and nectarines. Pineapple juice is the only liquid in this recipe and raw honey provides a little added sweetness.
If you want to make Fruit Punch Popsicles, simply leave out the ice and pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

I don’t need much convincing to eat all the fruit at this time of year! Pass me that punch bowl because it sounds great!

A wonderful summer cooler, Jeanette. This summer I haven’t touched any storebought ice cream..we ate lots of popsicles simply made with frozen fresh fruits. I am off to make one too..still have some frozen raspberries left 😉
