This Frozen Mango Lemonade Mocktail is not only beautiful and healthy, but will cool you down this summer.

There’s nothing more refreshing than a frozen drink on a hot summer day. One of my kids’ favorite treats are frozen mocktails whenever we go on vacation. So, recently, I recreated a Frozen Mango Lemonade Mocktail as a special treat – with a coconut sugar crusted rim to make it a little fancy like the ones you see at the restaurant. The best part about this mocktail is that it has some fresh fruit in it – mango in this case. I’ve found smoothies and frozen drinks are a great way to keep my kids hydrated while getting them to eat fruit during the summer months.

Made with fresh mango, lemon juice and raw honey, it’s actually a healthy drink, just fancied up.

Cheers!

I just love the luscious flavor of a beautifully ripe summer mango, so this drink caught my eye right away! So gorgeous, easy and healthy – perfect for a quick summer pick-me-up! And I adore the idea of taking something so very healthful and simple and jazzing it up with a fancy presentation … won’t the kiddos feel special drinking this!?!? Pinning for sure! 😀

As I’m sitting here sweating in my un-air conditioned house, this looks especially appealing. And at 5 o’clock, a little splash of tequila or rum would be very very nice in here. 🙂
