This collection of Bell Pepper Recipes shows how to use bell peppers six different ways. Whether they’re red, green, orange, or yellow, bell peppers are very versatile and add sweetness and brightness to lots of recipes.
Bell Peppers are bountiful this time of year, so I try to use them where ever I can. I love using peppers in all different ways:
- As a Garnish
- Stuffed with Grains
- In Salsas
- In Dips and Sauces
- In Stir-Fries
- In Side Dishes
Bell peppers come in all different colors, so whenever I’m looking to add a punch of color in soups, salads, stir-fries, or salsas, I turn to these brightly colored vegetables.
