It’s always fun to take a look back over the year to see the Most Popular Posts for the year. By most popular, I  mean the posts on my blog that generated the most traffic. The results were pretty interesting. While several of the posts were large roundups of recipes, two related to special dietary needs. I’m really thrilled that people have found my blog a good resource, whether you’re looking for healthy recipes, or something more specific, like soft food recipes or low residue, low fiber recipes.
So, here are the top ten pages with the most pageviews in 2014:
1. Healthy Smoothie and Juice Recipes
4. Quinoa Banana Chocolate Chip Breakfast Bake
5. Mexican Chopped Salad with Lime Cilantro Dressing
6. Low Residue/Low Fiber Diet Recipes
9. Healthy Slow Cooker Dinner Recipes
10. Detox Carrot Beet Smoothie
I’m encouraged by the results because a lot of work goes into this blog and the reason I keep it going is to inspire you and others to eat healthier, and to help make it easier for folks on special diets due to medical conditions that cause them to have to change the way they eat.
In 2015, I will try to focus more on adding recipes that meet your needs, and hopefully getting a few short e-books published to make it easier to have my recipes in one place to refer to.
