The last few weeks, I’ve been participating in the 2012 Gluten-Free All-Star Recipes event along with a group of talented bloggers. We’ve been sharing our top posts for the year, and today is my turn. Although not all my recipes are gluten-free, most of them are now and they are almost all gluten-free adaptable.

Today, I’m sharing my top posts in 2012. But, before I do, I want to share a celebratory dish that has become a family favorite with my boys – Chef Dennis’ Spaghetti Al Fresca with Jumbo Lump Crab. Thank you Chef Dennis for this wonderful recipe and all that you have done to create and nurture a food blogging community on Google+.
It’s an expensive dish to make (I use lump crab from Costco’s which is less expensive than jumbo lump crab) so we serve this on special occasions like birthdays. I’ve modified Chef Dennis’ recipe to suit our family’s taste – I double the amount of tomatoes, saute the crab in lots of garlic and olive oil, and add a good splash of white wine for more flavor.
And now…drumroll…the Top 2012 Posts on Jeanette’s Healthy Living.

I just want to take a minute to thank all of you for your incredible support in 2012 – I look forward to bringing you many more healthy recipes in 2013!

Hi
I didn’t wanna write before I tried your green tea smoothie, and as an green tea addict (In the good way 😉 ) they are the bomb I even got my wife to try them and she hates green tea.
But even her liked them, so we will definitely make them again, so thumbs up on those. 😉
And my so your recipes on nuggets and chocolate chips, so they are on for the weekend. 😀
And happy new year.!
Jeanette says
Hi Jimmy, thanks so much for stopping by and leaving a comment about the green tea smoothie – go glad you were able to get your wife to try it and that she liked it. Hope you have a chance to try a few more recipes – Happy New Year!
Jimmy says
We will definitely try more of your recipes, and we already have we tried the nuggets with blue cheese dressing in the weekend and they where good.
And the best thing with home made nuggets it’s all chicken, and nor any skin, bones and all the other nasty thing they stuff in them..
Jeanette says
Jimmy – thanks so much for trying some of my recipes and letting me know what you think. I really appreciate it!
