My husband just bought me an iPhone a few weeks ago and I have been obsessed with taking pictures using it ever since. Not only have I been taking pictures of practically everything I make and posting it on Instagram, but it is so easy to post photos on Facebook to share what I’m making at that very moment.
So, if you follow me on Facebook, you may have seen what I’ve made for breakfast and dinner many days. I also posted some pictures of the dinner my family made me for Mother’s Day. I wished I had videotaped my kids making dinner – it was hilarious. One of my favorite lines was, “But, Mom, I don’t know how to make lettuce.” Let’s just say it was a great experience for my kids – hopefully they have a better appreciation for all the meals I put on the table for them.
I thought I’d just share some of the food I’ve been making for my youngest son for breakfast lately. I’ve been posting them on Facebook, but in case you missed them, I’m sharing them here. One downside of posting these on Facebook is that my older kids can see what their little brother is getting for breakfast. Unfortunately, since they get up two hours before my youngest son, they usually just end up with a bowl of oatmeal and a smoothie.

Thanks Shulie! I’m having almost too much fun taking pictures with my iPhone. Blueberries are so naturally vibrant in color – love that about them!

Kale for breakfast! yay! that’s my kind of meal. These are such great inspiration!
Jeanette says
I started eating kale for breakfast last year. My youngest son and hubby had this for breakfast one day and although at first my hubby questioned why we were having for vegetables for breakfast, he ate it all up!

You’re shots on an iPhone look amazing! I’ve been needing an extra boost in protein lately, and egg-in-a-hole seems like a fun idea, plus I haven’t made it in awhile!

Do you have the calories listed anywhere for your foods??
Thank you.
Jeanette says
I don’t list calories for my recipes, but sometimes I run them through Calorie Count (website) – you can try that.
