Ingredients

  • 100 grams frozen acai fruit pulp usually comes in 100 gram packs
  • 1 medium banana
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • fresh fruit to serve
  • gluten-free granola to serve
  • unsweetened dried coconut

Instructions

  1. Place acai, banana, strawberries and pineapple juice in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, granola and coconut.
