Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced into bite size pieces
  • 1 large avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds toasted

Citrus Yogurt Dressing

  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lowfat mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • orange zest from 1/2 orange

Instructions

  1. Arrange broccoli, strawberries, avocado, red onion and almonds in serving bowl (or toss together).

Citrus Yogurt Dressing

  1. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, orange juice, poppy seeds and orange zest.

  2. Toss dressing with salad, or serve on the side.
