Ingredients

  • 6 cups basil
  • 5 garlic scapes
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine basil, and garlic scapes in food processor bowl. Process until almost smooth.

  2. Gradually add olive oil through feed tube. Continue processing until pesto is smooth.

  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
