Bacon Dust Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs

  • 16 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


  • bacon dust
  • Everything Bagel Spice
  • chives finely minced


Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs

  1. Pour 1 cup in bottom of Instant Pot. Place steamer rack in pot. Place eggs on top of rack. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. Let pressure natural release for 4 minutes. Immediately release remaining pressure.

  2. Transfer eggs to bowl of ice water. Crack eggs and peel. Let cool.

Deviled Eggs

  1. Cut eggs in half and scoop out yolks. Place yolks in food processor. Add mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  2. Transfer yolk mixture to plastic pastry bag. Cut tip off of pastry bag. Pipe into egg white halves.

  3. Sprinkle bacon dust, Everything Bagel Spice and chives on top of deviled eggs.

Recipe Notes

Hard boiled eggs can be made several days in advance. Deviled egg filling can be made the day before and stored in pastry bag (use a clip to seal the top of the bag, and store in a Ziploc bag). Eggs can be piped 8 hours before serving time; keep covered well.
