Oil-Less Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings cut into sections
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic ground into paste w/ a little salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated


  1. Toss wings with garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Place in oil-less turkey fryer on 2 racks. Cook 35 minutes.

  2. Place garlic and 1/8 teaspoon salt in mortar and pestle and pound until a smooth paste forms. Mix with 2 tablespoons olive oil

  3. Transfer wings to a large bowl and toss well with garlic oil. Add Parmesan cheese and toss to coat all pieces.

Recipe Notes

You can also use an air fryer or broil the chicken wings.
