Miso Gochujang Cucumber Salad
This is best eaten the same day. As the cucumber salad sits, water from the cucumber will be released, making a nice sauce for cold soba noodle salad.

Miso Gochujang Sauce

toasted sesame seeds

Mix together all Miso Gochujang Sauce ingredients in a bowl. Toss with cucumbers and serve.
