Chile Orange Roasted Salmon

  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 10 ounces salmon fillet
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

For Serving (Optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly spray baking pan with no-stick cooking oil. Pour wine into pan and place salmon on top. Sprinkle chili powder, oregano, garlic, brown sugar, orange juice, salt and pepper on top of fish.
  2. Bake until just cooked through, about 10 minutes. Cooking time will depend on thickness of your fish.
  3. Serve with Peach Kiwi Avocado Pepper Salsa
