This banana bread is on the dryer side, but is nice toasted.

Ingredients
3/4cupwhite whole wheat flour
3/4cupall purpose flour
1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powder
1/4teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/8teaspoonsalt
1egg
1cupmashed bananas
2/3cuporganic sugar
1/4cupolive oil
1/4cupchopped pecans
1/4cupdried cranberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease or line 8x4x2" loaf pan.
Whisk together flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl. In another bowl, mix together egg, bananas, sugar and olive oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix just until moistened. Fold in pecans and cranberries.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 45-50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into loaf comes out clean.
