A Healthy Healing Fruit Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh aloe vera juice
  • 1 cup frozen fruit of your choice
  • 1 cup almond or other nut milk
  • 2 tablespoons light coconut milk optional (for a tropical flavor)


  1. Soak chia seeds in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Place in blender along with aloe vera juice, fruit, almond milk and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
