You can buy roasted chestnuts in vacuum packed bags or jars at Asian markets, Costco and some supermarkets. You can toast raw pecans in the toaster oven at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes.

1cup8 ounces hot strong coffee
1/2cupunsweetened cashew milk or other non-dairy milkheated
3roasted chestnuts~ 1 1/2 tablespoons
6 toasted pecans~ 1 1/2 tablespoons
2tablespoonsorganic coconut sugar
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Praline Topping
1/2teaspoonorganic coconut or brown sugar mixed with a dash of cinnamonground ginger and cloves
a few crushed toasted pecans
Instructions
Place hot coffee, hot cashew milk, chestnuts, pecans, coconut sugar and vanilla in the blender; blend until smooth; strain into coffee cup.
Praline Topping
Mix together sugar, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Sprinkle on top of latte with some crushed toasted pecans
