Copycat Mrs Green's Hail To The Kale Salad

Kale Salad

~ 1 bunch lacinato kale, stems trimmed off, cut into bite size pieces

red cabbage
shredded

carrots
julienned

red onion
thinly sliced

toasted pumpkin seeds

tablespoons
toasted sunflower seeds

tablespoon
toasted sesame seeds
Dressing

tablespoon
flaxseed oil
1
tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil

tablespoon
liquid aminos or gluten-free soy sauce

teaspoon
fresh ground black pepper

lemon
juiced
Instructions
Combine Salad ingredients in a bowl and toss.
Mix Dressing ingredients together; add to salad and toss gently.
