Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons minced lemongrass
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon organic sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup minced cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix marinade ingredients together in a large bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Grill until cooked through.
