Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 1/3 cup cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice tomatoes and onions. Finely chop cilantro. Slice jalepeno into quarters and remove seeds. Dice jalepenos. Mince garlic cloves. Combine ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Slice lemon in half and squeeze juice from half a lemon into the bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir until combined.
