A very spicy spread that goes great w/ hummus + pita bread.

  • 1 big bunch cilantro
  • 3 hot peppers
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil


  1. Wash and dry the cilantro and remove the seeds from the hot peppers.

  2. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth, adding water as necessary.
