Toss wings with garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Place in oil-less turkey fryer on 2 racks. Cook 35 minutes.
Place garlic and 1/8 teaspoon salt in mortar and pestle and pound until a smooth paste forms. Mix with 2 tablespoons olive oil
Transfer wings to a large bowl and toss well with garlic oil. Add Parmesan cheese and toss to coat all pieces.
You can also use an air fryer or broil the chicken wings.
