How To Cook Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Place quinoa in a bowl and swish around with your hands; drain; repeat 2 more times. Place rinsed and drained quinoa in a small saucepan. Add water. Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes. Turn heat off and let sit, covered, for another 5 minutes. Remove cover and fluff with a spoon.
