There are actually 11 layers in this dip if you count the tomato and scallions. Mix and match your favorite ingredients. For ease of preparation, make turkey taco meat ahead (or even better, make extra taco meat for dinner one night and use the leftovers in this dip). You can purchase prepared guacamole. You can serve this dip room temperature if you like (without melting the cheese).

Ingredients
Turkey Taco Meat
2teaspoonsolive oil
1/2poundturkey
2tablespoonstaco seasoning

1 15-ouncecan vegetarian refried beans
1/2cupred bell pepperfinely diced
1/2cupsalsa
1/2cupfresh tomatoesdiced, optional
1 1/2cupslow-fat shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 1/2cupsguacamole
1cupnon-fat Greek yogurt
pickled jalapeno pepper slicesas desired
1/4cupchopped red onions
1scallionminced, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Turkey Taco Meat
Heat oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Add taco seasoning and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
Making the Dip
In a large pie pan or square baking dish, layer refried beans, red bell peppers, turkey taco meat, salsa, tomatoes (if using), and shredded cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and beans and taco meat are heated through, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Add a layer of guacamole, yogurt, some jalapeno pepper slices, chopped onions and scallions.
