chia seeds

water

fresh aloe vera juice

frozen fruit of your choice

cup
almond or other nut milk

tablespoons
light coconut milk
optional (for a tropical flavor)
Instructions
Soak chia seeds in water for 15 minutes.
Place in blender along with aloe vera juice, fruit, almond milk and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
