Chocolate Mousse - Dairy Free and Egg Free

Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe (dairy-free) – Secret Recipe Club

I added a little coffee powder, vanilla paste and cinnamon, which I thought worked really nicely with the chocolate. Fresh berries and coconut make this pretty enough for dessert, although I served this for breakfast and as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 box soft tofu
  • 2 bananas
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon powdered coffee I used Starbucks VIA
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • a few dashes of ground cinnamon
  • fresh berries of your choice for garnish
  • shredded coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Spoon into serving dishes and chill until set.
  2. Garnish with fresh berries and shredded coconut flakes.
