Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe (dairy-free) – Secret Recipe Club
I added a little coffee powder, vanilla paste and cinnamon, which I thought worked really nicely with the chocolate. Fresh berries and coconut make this pretty enough for dessert, although I served this for breakfast and as a snack.

1boxsoft tofu
2bananas
6tablespoonscocoa powder
1teaspoonpowdered coffeeI used Starbucks VIA
1teaspoonvanilla paste or extract
4tablespoonshoney
a few dashes of ground cinnamon
fresh berries of your choice for garnish
shredded coconut flakes for garnish
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Spoon into serving dishes and chill until set.
Garnish with fresh berries and shredded coconut flakes.
