2cupschopped curly kale and in-season mixed greensarugula, baby romaine, red leaf lettuce
1/2cupcherry tomatoes
1ounceshaved gruyere or Parmesan cheese
fresh ground black pepper
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
juice from 1/2 lemon
Instructions
Toss together kale and other greens, tomatoes and gruyere cheese. Crack some black pepper on top. Mix together olive oil and lemon. Dress salad and serve.
