Spicy Ahi Tuna Avocado Tartare Bites are easy to make for a healthy delicious appetizer with all the flavors of a spicy tuna roll served on tortilla chips. Perfect for parties and celebrations.
This is a great recipe for using up bits and pieces of fresh sushi-grade tuna. When I made my Spicy Ahi Tuna Avocado Cucumber Appetizers, I needed uniform pieces of tuna, which resulted in some irregular pieces and scraps of tuna. Those scraps are perfect for turning into this easy appetizer.
As I reflect back on this past year, I think about how fortunate I am to have my health, my beautiful four boys and a loving and supportive husband. I’ve also spend a lot of time thinking about my blog and how far it’s come and where I would like to go with it next. I’m so thankful for all the people who have found my little blog, been inspired to cook from it, or found it to be a helpful resource. Some of you have found my blog because you’re looking to eat healthier, while others have come here because they’re on a special diet due to a medical condition that requires it. Thank you all for your support this past year, and I hope to continue to create fresh, new content to keep you hungry, healthy and happy in the new year.
