Last summer when my family was vacationing down in Florida, I made a peach salsa for the first time. Peaches, nectarines and mangoes are my favorite stone fruits, and I can’t get enough when they’re in season. I’m definitely more of summer fruit kind of gal.

The first time I made this peach salsa, I used basil, but recently, I tried mint instead and added some ginger,  jalapeno peppers and scallions.

This Peach Kiwi Avocado Pepper Salsa is juicy with a little crunch from the red bell peppers, and it’s sweet, tangy, and a little spicy.

I’m going to miss peaches when summer is over.

This salsa made the perfect topping for the Chili Roasted Salmon that I made (recipe coming). Even my kids who aren’t fans of cooked salmon devoured it when served with this fresh Peach Kiwi Avocado Pepper Salsa.
