Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 tablespoon dried blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • a sprinkling of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Spoon all ingredients into a jar and cover. When ready to serve, add 3/4 cup water and microwave for 2 minutes (use potholders to remove as the jar gets very hot) or cook on stovetop for 2-3 minutes.
