Ingredients
1/3cupquick-cooking oats
1tablespoondried blueberries
1tablespoonchia seeds
1tablespoonsliced almonds
a sprinkling of cinnamon
Instructions
Spoon all ingredients into a jar and cover. When ready to serve, add 3/4 cup water and microwave for 2 minutes (use potholders to remove as the jar gets very hot) or cook on stovetop for 2-3 minutes.
