Ingredients
1cupbits and pieces of napa cabbage
1/8teaspoonsalt
1carrotshredded (I used a peeler)
1/2limejuiced
1/2-1teaspoonsugardepending on taste
1Thai bird chili pepperfinely minced
Instructions
Finely shred napa cabbage. Sprinkle with a little salt and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Drain any liquid. Toss with shredded carrots, lime juice, sugar and chili pepper.
