Traditional Thai Barbecue Chicken uses cilantro roots; however I didn't have any so I toasted some coriander seeds in a dry pan and then ground them up to a powder.

Ingredients
3poundschicken drumsticks or thighs
4tablespoonsfish sauce
1teaspoonblack pepper
1 1/2teaspoonscurry powder
1teaspoonturmeric powder
1cupcoconut milk
2tablespoonsminced garlic
1rounded teaspoon ground roasted coriander
Thai Sweet Chili Saucefor serving
Instructions
Cut slits in drumsticks if desired. Mix remaining ingredients together in a ziploc bag and add chicken. Shake to coat pieces evenly. Lay chicken on a plate and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, flipping bag over after an hour.
