Avocado Egg Smoked Salmon Breakfast Toast

  • 1 slice gluten-free or whole grain toast
  • 1/2 avocado
  • a squeeze of lemon juice
  • salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1 ounce smoked salmon
  • South African Smoke Seasoning Blend I used Trader Joe's
  • chopped scallions


  1. Smash avocado with lemon juice; season with a little salt and pepper. Spread on top of toast. Slice hard boiled egg and lay on top. Lay smoked salmon on top of egg. Grind Smoke Seasoning Blend on top and sprinkle with scallions.
