This Watermelon Strawberry Coconut Water Smoothie is refreshing, hydrating and a healthy way to start the day. Sponsored by MegaFood®.

Now that it’s summertime, I’ve been making smoothies for my youngest son for breakfast. It’s fast, easy and a healthy way to start the morning. What makes this breakfast smoothie even healthier is the addition of  MegaFood’s Kids Daily Multi Nutrient Booster Powder, a multivitamin in powder form that’s designed to support healthy growth and development*.  My son has been refusing to take vitamins in pill form lately, so this multivitamin powder is perfect for sneaking into his smoothies.

My son loves watermelon and strawberries, so I decided to combine these two favorite fruits into this breakfast smoothie, along with Greek yogurt (some protein), coconut water (great for hydration), raw honey and a scoop of Kids Daily Multi.

I’m working with MegaFood as a brand ambassador and I couldn’t be more thrilled about its products. All of the products are made with real foods such as certified organic turmeric, whole oranges, blueberries, cranberries, carrots, broccoli and brown rice, and are made using the one-of-a-kind Slo-Food Process™. There are no added sweeteners, sugars, preservatives, flavorings or colorings in the products and the entire product line is non-GMO.

MegaFood sources its fresh ingredients from trusted organic farmers, including Uncle Matt’s Farm, Lundberg Family Farms and Kauai Organic Farms. I can’t wait to see how they make their products first hand and learn about their Big T Transparency initiatives when I visit their production facility in New Hampshire later this month.
