Summertime is the perfect time to keep your family hydrated and nourished with fresh fruits in season. I find making frozen drinks or popsicles using fresh fruit make getting my kids to eat fruit so much easier.

This Frozen Fruit Punch is packed with all sorts of fruits, including strawberries, raspberries, cherries and nectarines. Pineapple juice is the only liquid in this recipe and raw honey provides a little added sweetness.
